'My manager is too prickly - secretaries' suddenly announced it would be off air due to baseball coverage, leaving fans disappointed. However, that episode is scheduled to air the following week on the 7th.
Yesterday, the 31st, the SBS variety program 'My manager is too prickly - secretaries' did not air. It was suddenly announced that it would be off air.
On the same day, only shortly before the broadcast time, the production team posted on SBS's official Instagram a notice saying, "Due to the broadcast of Game 5 of the 2025 professional baseball Korean Series, today (31st) Secretaries episode 5 will be preempted. We ask for viewers' understanding."
Accordingly, episode 5 was rescheduled to Friday, Nov. 7, at 11:10 p.m.
Viewers who had been eagerly awaiting this week's broadcast could not hide their disappointment. In particular, because the off-air notice was delivered via SNS only as the broadcast time approached, reactions followed such as "I turned on the TV and it didn't come on," "Wasn't the notice too late?" and "It was pushed back because of baseball, very disappointing."
All the more because this episode had already generated a lot of buzz from the teaser alone, the mood was tinged with additional disappointment. Nevertheless, fans said things like "We'll definitely watch next week," "Baseball was fun, but I miss the secretaries more," and "I hope it returns next week as a richer episode after the one-week delay," and offered support amid their disappointment, saying "The production team must have been flustered too."
Meanwhile, 'My manager is too prickly - secretaries' is a reality variety show in which Lee Seo-jin and Kim Kwang-kyu closely follow stars' daily lives to deliver laughter and emotion, and the episode featuring Ji Chang-wook and Doh Kyung Soo is scheduled to air normally on SBS next Friday (the 7th) at 11:10 p.m.<
