The group KARD is showcasing its musical capabilities with a 'together yet apart' approach.
KARD (BM, J.Seph, Jeon Somin, Jeon Jiwoo) recently wrapped up the world tour KARD 2025 WORLD TOUR 'DRIFT' (hereafter 'DRIFT') successfully in Seoul and Bangkok, and buoyed by strong support from global fans, plans to bring the heat to Australia in Nov. and to the Americas in Dec.
Earlier, Jeon Somin featured on singer-songwriter Kik5o's digital single released on Oct. 28, 'X (feat. SOMIN of KARD)'. 'X' symbolizes a medium of error, rejection and liberation, where two girls who meet tear through a world of negation and run toward freedom beyond prohibition. In particular, Jeon Somin appeared on KBS2 MUSIC BANK for Kik5o, creating a powerful chemistry that drew attention.
Following that, BM collaborated on the first track 'Around Me' of KT's EP By you, released on Oct. 30. Sharing the common background of coming from 'K-pop Star,' the two maximized musical synergy with sensuous vocals and rapping over a rhythmic beat.
Moreover, KARD as a full group celebrated winning an award at the 2025 Green Growth & Culture Award jointly hosted by the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) and the World Culture Industry Forum (WCIF) on Oct. 29. The award is given to individuals and organizations recognized for their role and influence across the cultural industry and for creating positive change.
The Global Green Growth Institute praised KARD for spreading the values of 'inclusion and respect' worldwide and for their active presence on the international stage, including Asia, the Americas and Europe.
In this way, KARD is amplifying its global influence as a representative mixed-gender K-pop group through its together-yet-apart activities. Since debuting in 2017, KARD has released numerous hits such as Oh NaNa, Don't Recall, RUMOR, Hola Hola, GUNSHOT, RED MOON, ICKY, Tell My Momma and Touch, earning much love from listeners at home and abroad.
