The group CORTIS's "GO!" has surpassed 50 million streams on Spotify.
The intro track "GO!" from CORTIS's (Martin, James, Juhun, Seonghyun, Geonho) debut album exceeded 50 million plays on the world's largest music streaming platform, Spotify, as of the 30th of last month. It is the first single by a boy group that debuted this year to reach 50 million streams.
The team's monthly Spotify listeners (listeners in the most recent 28 days) reached 6.85 million (as of Oct. 30). Considering that their official debut activities ended more than a month ago, this is very steady popularity. It is the highest record among rookies who debuted this year and is by no means behind established boy groups.
Continued love from the U.S. music market supports CORTIS's tangible popularity. On Oct. 31 at 12 a.m. Korea time, they appeared on Genius's program "Open Mic" and performed "GO!" live. While singing, the members made eye contact and put their arms around each other's shoulders, showing they were enjoying the performance. That same day at 11 p.m., they appeared on the popular YouTube talk show "Zach Sang Show," which has featured Ariana Grande and Billie Eilish, where they talked about the team and their debut album, leaving an impression on U.S. music fans.
CORTIS is delighting fans with nonstop activities such as appearances on popular overseas programs, large-scale concert appearances, and original content showing their daily lives. On the 3rd, they were invited to perform on Japan's representative music program TBS's "CDTV Live! Live!" and at the Tokyo Dome for "NHK MUSIC SPECIAL 'NHK MUSIC EXPO LIVE 2025'." On the 5th, they will hold a solo showcase in Tokyo.
