The band Dragon Pony met Vietnamese fans for the first time.
Dragon Pony (An Taegyu, Pyeon Seonghyeon, Kwon Sehyuk, Go Ganghun) performed at the global music showcase series "Korea Spotlight 2025" held in Vietnam on Oct. 31.
"Korea Spotlight 2025" is a global music showcase series hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and organized by Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA), serving as a stage that goes beyond simple performances to present new horizons of Korean popular music.
Performing in Vietnam for the first time, Dragon Pony electrified local fans with self-composed songs that fully reflected the passionate cry of imperfect youth. They added the unreleased song "Summerless Dream" to the setlist, further raising the excitement.
That day Dragon Pony delivered a refreshing yet rocking sound with the appealing tracks "Morse Code," "Waste," and "Altruism," then embraced lyrical sentiment with "Earth Boy." Afterwards, Dragon Pony exploded with their signature uninhibited energy on "Not Out" and "POP UP," offering an overwhelming band sound that drew admiration.
This year Dragon Pony has consecutively taken the stages of major domestic festivals such as Beautiful Mint Life 2025, 2025 Incheon Pentaport Rock Festival, 2025 Ulsan Summer Festival, JUMF 2025 Jeonju Ultimate Music Festival, 2025 Let's Rock Festival, and 2025 Busan International Rock Festival, cementing their elevated status as the K-band scene's top rookie.
Dragon Pony will participate in the live curated show youTopia vol.2 "Dragon Pony X KAMI WA SAIKORO WO FURANAI" - SEOUL, held Nov. 22-23 at Myeonghwa Live Hall in Yeongdeungpo District, Seoul. Dragon Pony will step into a special collaboration with Japanese band Kami wa Saikoro wo Furanai, further accelerating their momentum.
