Na Yoon-kwon stirs autumnal feelings together with Doh Kyung Soo.
On the morning of the 30th, S27M Entertainment's official channel released concept photos for Na Yoon-kwon and Doh Kyung Soo's new song "If It Were Me." Standing in the middle of a verdant garden, Na Yoon-kwon and Doh Kyung Soo draw attention with eyes and poses soaked in emotion, filling the scene with a lonely autumnal mood.
Earlier, as news of the collaboration between Na Yoon-kwon and Doh Kyung Soo became known and public interest concentrated, the official release date was announced that day. They will release the new song on Nov. 7, and by arranging it as a duet with a refined sound and adding the two singers' signature voices, they aim to evoke an emotional response different from the original.
"If It Were Me" is a ballad from the 2004 MBC drama "The Prince's First Love" OST and is included on Na Yoon-kwon's first full-length album, Addiction, expressing the aching feeling of being able only to gaze at the one you love. In particular, Doh Kyung Soo sang "If It Were Me" on SBS's "Math-Free School Trip" broadcast in 2023, drawing attention to the song's upcoming release.
Because it has been covered by the public and numerous artists and has been loved as the nation's unrequited love song, high expectations are gathering for the reborn duet version of "If It Were Me" by Na Yoon-kwon and Doh Kyung Soo.
Meanwhile, Na Yoon-kwon and Doh Kyung Soo's "If It Were Me" will be released at 6 p.m. on Nov. 7 through various online music sites.
