On TV CHOSUN's Our Baby Is Born Again, actress Park Bo-mi reveals her feelings about losing her son, who was only 15 months old, two years ago.
Tonight (the 28th) at 10 p.m., TV CHOSUN's Our Baby Is Born Again (directed by Lee Seung-hoon, Kim Jun / writer Jang Joo-yeon) will feature birth correspondents Park Soo-hong and Jang Seo-hee meeting with actress Park Bo-mi and former soccer player Park Yo-han. Park Bo-mi said she met Park Yo-han through a blind date arranged by Lee Kyung-gyu's daughter Lee Ye-rim. Jang Seo-hee lamented, "So this is how you can meet someone. I went on a few blind dates and it still didn't work out for me. If I liked someone, that person didn't like me, and if I didn't like someone, that person liked me..." revealing her mismatched love-line experiences and expressing her regret.
In response, Park Bo-mi sympathized, saying, "I've experienced that too," and her husband Park Yo-han showed intense jealousy, saying, "This is the first time I'm hearing this story. That you had someone you liked... of course you must have, but it's a bit surprising." Then Park Bo-mi praised her husband, saying, "When I first met my husband, he struck me as confident and that was attractive. We chatted for four hours at our first meeting," prompting once again Jang Seo-hee's envy.
Meanwhile, Park Bo-mi and Park Yo-han remembered their first son, Simon, who passed away after 15 months, and broke down in tears. Park Soo-hong comforted them, saying, "When I heard about that sorrow, the whole nation was so shocked." Park Bo-mi, who grew red-eyed just thinking of her son, recalled, "The child suddenly stiffened in my arms and went limp. I cried and told my husband, 'I think Simon is dead. The baby won't wake up.'" Park Yo-han also finally broke down in sobs, and birth correspondents Park Soo-hong and Jang Seo-hee shed tears with the couple over their deep grief.
About two years later, another angel came to Park Bo-mi and Park Yo-han. As many messages of support and congratulations poured in for the couple, who are expecting a second daughter, Park Bo-mi and Park Yo-han's childbirth story can be seen on today's (the 28th) Tuesday 10 p.m. broadcast of Korea's first live childbirth variety show TV CHOSUN Our Baby Is Born Again.
