BTS Jungkook showed loyalty toward his close friend Cha Eun-woo.
Jungkook attended the VIP screening of the film "First Ride" at Lotte Cinema World Tower in Songpa-gu, Seoul, on the afternoon of the 27th, brightening the photo wall.
That day, appearing in a black jacket, Jungkook entered holding a large doll printed with Cha Eun-woo's face, turning the scene into a sea of laughter. He then lifted the doll and struck a distinctive pose, drawing fans' cheers.
In front of reporters, Jungkook said, "I was curious to see Eun-woo's acting. He said he filmed it thinking about the time we used to hang out together in our early 20s. I will enjoy watching it with that feeling." He added warmly, "Eun-woo, always take good care of your health and I hope you finish your military service safely. Fighting."
Born in 1997 and the same age, Jungkook and Cha Eun-woo are called the "97 line" along with NCT's Jaehyun, Seventeen's Mingyu, and GOT7's Yugyeom. Their attendance at this screening also drew fans' attention as a gesture showing their special friendship.
Meanwhile, Cha Eun-woo played the role of Yeon-min, the handsome guy, in the film "First Ride," hinting at a new charm. He is also set to continue his activities as a singer by releasing his second solo mini album, ELSE, on Nov. 21.
