Modenberry Korea, whose artists include TEEN TOP alumnus Bang Min-soo and DIA alumnus Ahn Som-i, has unveiled trainee Ha Min-gi.
The agency Modenberry Korea said, "We plan to introduce a new boy group in the second half of 2026," and "Among them, trainee Ha Min-gi will first communicate with the public through various channels."
According to an agency official, Ha Min-gi was born in 2007 and is the grandson of Ha Seong-ho, founder and chairman of Sinjeon tteokbokki. He trained as a trainee at SM Entertainment and boasts a tall height of 185cm and refreshing visuals.
The official added, "We are grateful that the Sinjeon tteokbokki family is actively supporting Ha Min-gi's debut preparations. Our company is devoting great effort to training a new boy group with a target launch in the second half of 2026."
Sinjeon tteokbokki is a leading domestic tteokbokki franchise, currently showing solid brand power with more than 800 franchise locations.
Ha Min-gi said, "I'm already excited at the thought of communicating with various fans. Although I'm still a trainee, I want to become an artist and approach the public with sincere music."
Meanwhile, Ha Min-gi plans to communicate with fans through various channels even before his debut, alongside preparing to debut in a boy group.<
