Actor Lee Jeong-eun revealed what was difficult during the filming of "The Woman in the White Car."
On the afternoon of the 27th at CGV Yongsan I'Park Mall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, the press screening for the film "The Woman in the White Car" (director Go Hye-jin) was held.
"The Woman in the White Car" is a suspense thriller about Do-gyeong (played by Jung Ryeo-won), who appears at a hospital carrying a bloodied Eun-seo (played by Kim Jeong-min) and gives confusing testimony to police officer Hyeon-ju (played by Lee Jeong-eun), as everyone recalls the perpetrator and the truth of that day differently.
When asked what was difficult during the filming, Lee Jeong-eun confessed, "Honestly, I thought I suffered, but I think I suffered with my mouth, and the people who filmed with me really suffered a lot."
In particular, she shared a behind-the-scenes story, "I have a fear of water, but Hyeon-ju is a character who has trauma related to water and was a friend who suffered domestic violence, so that was the hardest part. I was terrified, thinking 'you can die even with your nose buried in shallow water,' but looking at how it came out, I think I endured it well."
Meanwhile, "The Woman in the White Car" opens in theaters on the 29th.
