Actress Park Ju-hyun successfully completed the run of the play "Shakespeare in Love."
Park Ju-hyun recently concluded the final performance of "Shakespeare in Love" at the Busan Cultural Center Grand Theater, wrapping up a roughly three-month journey.
"Shakespeare in Love" is a work that starts with the playful imagination that "Romeo and Juliet" arose from Shakespeare's love, and Park Ju-hyun played the central role as Viola de Lesseps, Shakespeare's love and a bold woman who breaks the world's taboos.
Park Ju-hyun rendered the independent and enterprising Viola in three dimensions, heightening the audience's immersion on stage. With her fluent acting, she densely portrayed emotions that changed moment to moment, forming a deep rapport with the audience and conveying the play's message with sincerity.
Through her agency 935 Entertainment, Park Ju-hyun said, "I have mixed feelings as all performances wrapped up with Busan as the last stop. It was truly meaningful and happy to be able to perform in my hometown. At the curtain call of the final Seoul performance, I was so overwhelmed that I couldn't stop crying."
