Group BTS is preparing a large-scale world tour after releasing a new album next spring, according to foreign media reports.
On the 26th (local time), Bloomberg News, citing a source, reported that BTS is planning 65 performances around the world next year.
According to the report, more than 30 of the world tour performances are expected to be held in North America, and BTS's new album is expected to be released at the end of March next year.
Regarding this, BTS's agency, BigHit Music, told OSEN on the 27th, "There has been no confirmation on BTS's new release or the schedule and scale of the new world tour."
BTS entered a hiatus for military service beginning with Jin's enlistment in 2022, and after Suga's discharge from service in June, all members have completed their military duties and are preparing to return as a full group.
Earlier, BTS formally announced a comeback in spring 2026. In a live broadcast in July, they revealed detailed plans that all members would sequentially travel to the United States in July to begin full-scale music work and concert preparations. BTS plans to hold a large-scale world tour alongside the release of a new album in 2026.
