Kang Tae-poong, undeterred, headed to the loan sharks' office with the help of Oh Mi-seon and Jung Cha-ran (Kim Hye-eun) to recover the items. However, Pyo Hyeon-jun (Moo Jin-seong) had arrived there first and was occupying the safety shoes. Pyo Bak-ho (Kim Sang-ho), having learned that the safety shoes belonged to Typhoon Family, ordered his son to buy all the items.
Thrown into an unbelievable situation, Kang Tae-poong again faced a bloodied Park Yoon-cheol there. Kang Tae-poong, enraged, went to the loan sharks and asked how much Park Yoon-cheol's debt was. He was told it was 70 million won including interest. Kang Tae-poong said, "Sell 7,000 pairs of safety shoes and I'll give you 100 million won." In response to the loan sharks' provocation to bet even his eyes, he replied, "Then you shoot it too. Take the 100 million won and vanish forever."
