Lawyer and broadcaster Seo Dong-joo complained of being stalked.
Seo Dong-joo on the 24th released a transcript saying, "Who are you? Don't bother people in my neighborhood."
The transcript included, "I heard that Mr. Seo Se-won's daughter Seo Dong-joo lives there," and the person who answered the call said, "Why are you looking for Seo Dong-joo from me?" Then the caller asked, "Doesn't she live in the detached house across the street?" and hung up.
When a netizen said, "The man sounds like he's using a woman's voice," Seo Dong-joo agreed, "I think so too."
Seo Dong-joo also reacted with, "Creepy," "A scary person," "I keep my safety alert on," "I'm scared," and "I'll be careful."
A friend also suggested filing a report, and Seo Dong-joo replied, "I'll try filing a report tomorrow."
Seo Dong-joo is the eldest daughter of the late Seo Se-won and Seo Jeong-hee. After graduating from the University of San Francisco Law School, she passed the U.S. bar exam in 2019, worked at a U.S. law firm, and has continued broadcasting activities in Korea since 2021.
Her husband, who remarried in June, is known to be a director at the agency of broadcaster Jang Seong-gyu.
