Actor Jung Eun-pyo showed a parenting method that delicately handles his adolescent son.
Jung Eun-pyo opened his remarks on the 25th, saying, "The youngest, who is playing at home in the evening, somehow looks pitiful. When my older son and daughter were at home, they received a lot of affection and with five family members the house was always noisy, but now that only three of us live together the house is always quiet and the youngest looks bored."
He continued, "'Hwon, aren't you hungry?' 'No, I'm not hungry.' 'Shall we eat out?' 'Too bothersome~~' At times like this I bring out an ultimate weapon. 'Shall we go to the field? I'll grill some meat' which Ji-woong and Ha-eun also liked. Both Hwon and my wife's eyes lit up and they shouted at the same time, 'Really? Great~~ jjjippong,'" he said.
He added, "When I took the meat sleeping in the refrigerator it seemed a bit insufficient. I stopped by the neighborhood butcher to buy a little more (actually a lot more) and headed to the field. In less than an hour after I mentioned it we were able to eat deliciously grilled meat, and my wife and Hwon said 'It's tasty, it's good, we're happy' and told me, 'Dad, you're the best, you're amazing.'"
He said with pride, "Especially seeing the usually quiet adolescent boy babbling like crazy and shouting 'Mom and Dad I love you so much, I like you so much,' the ultimate weapon I brought out seems to have the power to break through adolescence."
Meanwhile, Jung Eun-pyo continues to work steadily as an actor and is loved for his warm humanity across broadcasting, lectures and other fields. His son Jung Ji-woong is currently enrolled at Seoul National University.
