Actor Tae In-ho (birth name Park Sang-yeon) suffered the loss of his father, and actor Park Hae-joon lost an uncle, bringing sudden, shocking news that highlighted the cousins' relationship between the two actors.
On the 24th, a representative of Tae In-ho's agency, Good Man Story, told OSEN, "Actor Tae In-ho suffered the loss of his father that day," in an official statement.
According to the agency, Tae In-ho's father, the late Park Jong-tae, passed away on the evening of the 24th. Accordingly, a funeral altar was set up in Room 3 of the Asan Medical Center funeral hall located in Pungnap-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
Amid the sad news, Tae In-ho's family relations suddenly drew attention. Tae In-ho and Park Hae-joon are cousins, and Park Hae-joon lost an uncle. According to sources in the entertainment industry, the deceased father of Tae In-ho was in fact Park Hae-joon's younger uncle.
Tae In-ho debuted in 2004 in the film "Haryu In-saeng" and drew attention for his role as assistant manager Seong in the drama "Misaeng." "Misaeng" is also the work in which Park Hae-joon played the role of Cheon Gwan-woong.
Since then he has appeared in many popular dramas including the "Stranger" series, "Life," and "Descendants of the Sun." His recent works are the film "Sah-eul," released last year, and the drama "Player 2: War of the Gamblers."
The funeral procession for Tae In-ho's father will take place on the 26th at 7:40 a.m.
