'Dongnae Friend Gangnami' singer Gangnam reflected on 2025, which has completely changed as he revealed his second nose surgery as well as his diet.
On the 23rd, Gangnam uploaded a video titled 'I will be reborn - from the 13kg diet success story to the big news revealed for the first time' to his YouTube channel 'Dongnae Friend Gangnami.'
Gangnam showed off his neat nose line. Someone unfamiliar with plastic surgery might think it changed because of his diet effects, but people with a keen eye saw differently. In particular, the production team, who had met Gangnam often, immediately noticed that his swelling had gone down.
Gangnam coolly shouted, "Ah! Something's different. It changed, right? I had nose surgery." It was less than 10 seconds after the YouTube video started playing. The production team asked, "Is it okay to reveal this?" and Gangnam grumbled, "I wasn't going to open it up."
Gangnam said, "You have seen me several times now. But this morning I went to the shop. They said to me, 'Oh? When did you do it?'" saying he had been found out. He said, "The doctor told me, if possible, to film a month later. But I had no time at all. Then I got a week off during the Chuseok holiday.
