Moreover, the aunt's cellphone, reported for child abuse, contained videos showing her forcing the nephew to clean up the torture tools from the bathroom where the water torture took place without clothes on and forcing him to eat the pet dog's feces. More than 100 of these videos were found to have been filmed by the aunt and uncle while abusing the nephew, and profiler Pyo Chang-won analyzed the reason they filmed the videos as, "They increasingly abused him sadistically for their own pleasure."
Park Ha-sun could not contain her despair, saying, "They are devils." Despite the numerous pieces of video evidence, when asked "Why did you abuse the child?" the aunt replied shamelessly, "Not everything that has come to light may be true, but it seems you are deciding in advance that it was all abuse and asking questions," which infuriated Kim Dong-hyun, who said, "She is talking nonsense."
