Park Bom of the group 2NE1 has once again taken aim at YG Entertainment. It comes a day after she claimed YG Entertainment failed to properly settle accounts related to her activities.
On the 23rd, Park Bom posted on her Instagram, saying, "I'm angry, but I was too lazy so I just started," and "I hope everyone is happy," along with a screenshot of a note she had written.
The note read, "They said they made my looks like XX. Because they wanted to make fun of me," and, "Thinking about it, YG has never once paid for plastic surgery. I did one or two with my own money."
Park Bom said, "In short, I went on stage at a commoner's level," adding, "They suddenly told me they were sorry, so I asked why, and they said they had sold me out with plastic surgery as the theme."
She also said, "For me, even if I sing my heart out and do well, it's just breaking even. When recording, if I didn't go first, it got to the point where we wouldn't record," adding, "They never once let me do a magazine shoot."
She went on, "Up to now, 4,231 CF offers came in, but they all went to someone else," and, "Sixty-one came in under my name this time, but they all went to someone else."
However, contrary to Park Bom's claim that "they never let me do a magazine shoot," it is known that she did magazine pictorials in the past during both group and solo activities.
Park Bom has since deleted the post. But screenshots are being shared through social media (SNS) and online communities.
Recently, Park Bom also disclosed a complaint filed against producer-general Yang Hyun-suk of YG Entertainment. It said she had not been properly paid revenue generated from all of Park Bom's activities, including music releases, concerts, broadcasts, and advertisements.
DNation Entertainment, Park Bom's current agency, said, "The settlement related to Park Bom's 2NE1 activities has already been completed," adding, "The complaint posted on SNS has not actually been filed."
It added, "Park Bom is currently focused on treatment and recovery, and we will do our best for her health recovery." After receiving medical advice that she needed rest, Park Bom has been on hiatus since August.
