Lee Chan-won first met the principal. He expressed delight, saying, "When I attended school, you were the head of the research department," and the principal shared a kind anecdote, saying, "Every year you don't forget your teachers and even send flowers."
In fact, Lee Chan-won drew attention by sending flowers to 24 teachers every year on Teacher's Day.
Next, he went to meet his homeroom teacher from his senior year. Lee Chan-won had said on a previous broadcast, "As a guest chef I'll visit the school." He hugged the teacher, saying, "I came to keep my promise."
Afterward, Lee Chan-won made a surprise appearance in front of all 600 students. Receiving a hot cheer, he said, "I've performed at many shows and events and sung in front of tens of thousands, but today is the most meaningful and nerve-wracking moment."
Meanwhile, Lee Chan-won held a Q&A session with his juniors. One student asked, "Please tell us how to get a girlfriend."
Then Lee Chan-won boasted, "When I was a student, at festivals many girls from the all-girls school would come, and I always hosted here. After I introduced myself as the MC and stepped down, two or three girls would ask me for my phone number."
At that moment another student asked bluntly, "Do you have a girlfriend now?" Lee Chan-won replied enigmatically, "Would I say I have one? Even if I did..." Amid the murmuring, he drew a line by saying, "I don't have one now," prompting disappointment among his juniors.
