Rapper Beenzino mentioned plans for a second child.
On the evening of the 24th, a video titled 'Beenzino♥Michoba second child first reveal?!' was released on the YouTube channel 'Jipdaesung'. The video showed Beenzino appearing as a guest and meeting Daesung to talk about recent news.
Beenzino married Stephanie Michoba, who is from Germany, and started a family. Recently, their first son Rubin celebrated his first birthday and received congratulations.
In this context Beenzino said, "It's fine if someone doesn't have a baby, or doesn't get married. But having a baby is also good. (Having a child) feels like living through times I overlooked while growing up. I don't feel any resentment for what I've lost having a child. It has value beyond that. That's how it turned out."
He especially emphasized, "One day we put Rubin to sleep and gathered, and everyone was looking at Rubin's photos and videos. A lot of changes happen centered on the child." When Daesung said, "I'm definitely the type to get married and have children," he advised, "If that's the case you can do it before 40. Because if you wait longer it gets harder."
However, even Beenzino was cautious about plans for a second child. He said, "I can't imagine it yet. Rubin is so wonderful that I wonder how I would share this love," and added jokingly, "I asked Stephanie if she could go through this process again and she said she could. So we hurriedly went to eat something right away."
He said, "I don't particularly prefer a gender for the second child," and even at the fictional image of a daughter shown by the production team he added, "She's so pretty it's not allowed. I'll keep this phone. I can't show her to the world," which drew more laughs.
