Actor Jung Eun-pyo breathed a sigh of relief after hearing news of his wife's traffic accident.
On the 23rd, Jung Eun-pyo mentioned his wife Kim Ha-yan's traffic accident on his social account, saying, "I was contacted that my wife changed lanes and didn't see the car behind her, causing a contact accident."
Previously, on the 21st, Kim Ha-yan had shared news of having caused a traffic accident on social media. At the time she said, "I'm relatively good at driving. I got my license at 20 and lived with a dormant license for 10 years, then started again after taking refresher training when the i-dle had other matters to attend to, so I've been driving for over a decade. Yesterday, on the way to my part-time job it wasn't urgent, so why did I change lanes.. why couldn't I see the car beside me ㅜㅜ I hit the car beside me," explaining the situation at the time of the accident.
She continued, "Accidents happen in an instant. You don't even know why it happened; you do things you normally wouldn't without realizing it, and that leads to an accident. I had been cocky lately. I guess I believed I was good at driving. Maybe this was to wake me up and end it at this level.. Fortunately no one was injured and only the car needs repair, and I'm just grateful it ended that way. There is no such thing as being good at driving. Don't forget your original resolve and please be careful ㅜㅜ" and added, "When will my car be fixed? Earning a little from my part-time job and then a big accident ㅜㅜ Honey, I'm sorry. I'll be careful from now on," she blamed herself.
Meanwhile, Jung Eun-pyo shared a photo of his wife bowing her head in front of a car with a damaged front bumper and a screenshot of the conversation they exchanged right after the accident. He was startled and asked, "What accident? Are you not hurt?" in response to his wife's message, "I got into an accident coming back from my part-time job ㅜㅜ," and his wife explained, "I changed lanes and hit someone ㅜㅜ I didn't see the car ㅜㅜ."
He added, "I first asked whether she was okay and whether the other party was injured; they said they were fine. I called the insurance company to report the other party's vehicle and asked how our car was; they said it was slightly scratched but they weren't sure. After finishing the performance and coming home to check the car, I realized our car needs an insurance claim too ㅜㅜ."
He said, "I used to tell my wife she was good at driving and that it was cool, but I guess I shouldn't praise her anymore. Driving seems to require constant caution and more caution." and added, "Honey, your driving is really bad~~" "Let's be careful; be humble about driving for life. Glad no one was hurt."
Kim Ha-yan commented, "I'm really reflecting ㅜㅜ I was cocky ㅜㅜ I'm lucky the other driver was a good person. But after the accident I'm scared to drive ㅜㅜ," and Jung Eun-pyo repeatedly emphasized, "Be careful, be careful!!"
Meanwhile, Jung Eun-pyo married Kim Ha-yan in 2002 and they have two sons and one daughter. The family appeared on SBS' Star Junior Show Bung-eo-ppang and received much love, and their eldest son Jung Ji-ung reportedly entered Seoul National University College of Humanities through regular admissions for the 2022 academic year and is currently enrolled, drawing much attention.
