Comedian Im Rara, who recently gave birth to twins, shared the sad news that she has been admitted to the intensive care unit.
Son Min-su, Im Rara's husband and co-operator of the YouTube channel "Enjoy Couple" with Im, said on the 22nd on the Enjoy Couple account, "We are very sorry to those who have been waiting, but Rara's condition suddenly worsened, so it seems difficult to upload the birth video that was scheduled for today."
He added, "We will come back with a video as soon as she recovers, so please wait a little," and "Raki & Ttuki (the twins' tentative names) are growing well and healthy thanks to your support."
According to Son Min-su, Im Rara reportedly went to the emergency room after sudden heavy bleeding and was then admitted to the intensive care unit.
Son said, "She will be afraid to be alone, but I can't be by her side and there's nothing I can do. Please pray so that Rara can recover in good health," signaling the urgent situation.
He continued, "Because it's the intensive care unit, even a guardian can't stay with her, and I am waiting. All I can do is pray," and "They say only one visit is allowed tomorrow, so please pray that Rara can recover in good health. And I bow my head once again in sincere thanks to the 119 rescue team members who provided swift help so she could come to the emergency room."
Im Rara and Son Min-su married in 2023 after 10 years of dating. She then became pregnant with twin boy and girl through in vitro fertilization and gave birth on the 14th.
