Singer Kwon Jin-ah will meet fans with a year-end solo concert.
The agency Another said on the 23rd that Kwon Jin-ah will hold the 2025 year-end concert "This Winter : Best Wishes" at Ewha Womans University ECC Samsung Hall in Seodaemun District, Seoul, for five days from Dec. 24 to Dec. 28.
This concert is the stage that returns after six years to the very place where Kwon Jin-ah first performed the fan song "I came to meet you" during her debut solo show "My Shape." At the same time, it is especially meaningful as her first solo concert held during the Christmas season.
Kwon Jin-ah plans to compress and present the narrative of her growth from a girl who quietly sang relying on just a guitar to a leading female solo vocalist and a formidable live performer in Korea, expressing her stories through music.
The five-day run of "This Winter : Best Wishes" at a small theater will be the most performances in Kwon Jin-ah's solo shows. It is expected to be a time to fully focus on her voice and music and deeply feel the steady growth and change of the artist.
A trio session including Hong So-jin, who is active as a producer and music director both domestically and abroad, will join her. The arrangements and band sound born from careful coordination with the musical partners assembled for this performance, and the chemistry with Kwon Jin-ah holding a guitar, are also eagerly anticipated.
Kwon Jin-ah released her first full-length album in six years, "The Dreamest," in April and further solidified her position as a "performance-oriented artist" by entering Jamsil Indoor Stadium with a namesake solo concert. Fan club presale for the 2025 Kwon Jin-ah year-end concert "This Winter : Best Wishes" will run from 8 p.m. on the 28th to the 29th, and general sale will open exclusively through the online ticketing site Ticketlink from 8 p.m. on the 30th.
