Jeon Yu-jin will release the new song "Eorinjam" at 6 p.m. on the 23rd through various music sites.
"Eorinjam" is a solo song released about 10 months after the mini album Only You, released in December last year, and is an emotional ballad that contains longing and warm love felt while watching her mother's silhouette grow smaller as time passes.
It expresses the passage of time that anyone can relate to and the regret over irretrievable time through Jeon Yu-jin's distinctive clean and poignant vocals, showing a more mature musical world. Earlier, the second music video teaser for "Eorinjam," released on March 22 on the official YouTube channel of global K-pop media 1theK, raised expectations for the new song.
The video begins with Jeon Yu-jin, wearing a white blouse and an indie-pink pleated skirt, finding a cassette player in a darkened old house. It then alternates between scenes of her appearing to write lyrics and singing the line "I'm still sleeping a child's sleep," heightening the song's lyrical atmosphere. Finally, a tape labeled "Eorinjam" appears, adding to the curiosity about the new song.
Jeon Yu-jin is a graduate of the Pohang Beach Nationwide Song Festival and debuted in March 2020 with the digital single "Sarang...Hasiryepnikka?"
