Actor Kim Ga-eun gave her fiancé Yoon Seon-woo a stern look three days before their wedding.
On the 22nd, a new video titled "Shall we have a proper face-off at the wedding dress fitting? Before the war, let's get along" was posted on Kim Ga-eun's YouTube channel.
That day Kim Ga-eun and Yoon Seon-woo visited a wedding shop for the wedding dress fitting, and after Yoon Seon-woo's tuxedo fitting there was a short gap before the dress fitting, so they went to a nearby bakery cafe to pass the time.
While eating bread the two exchanged curt remarks, and Kim Ga-eun explained in a caption, "Actually, they had been bickering even before coming here." Kim Ga-eun waited holding her coffee cup, but instead of clinking cups Yoon Seon-woo drank first. Kim Ga-eun asked, "Didn't you see?" and belatedly Yoon Seon-woo clinked his cup and responded with "Cheers."
Yoon Seon-woo explained, "I didn't see it," but joked, "Wanna have a match?" and Kim Ga-eun replied, "Be quiet if you don't want to be disciplined." Yoon Seon-woo didn't back down, saying, "Tell me who didn't speak nicely," and Kim Ga-eun changed the subject with, "The bread is delicious."
When the tension still didn't ease, Kim Ga-eun said, "I don't like your attitude," and Yoon Seon-woo retorted, "I feel the same. Just wait until after the wedding," prompting laughter.
Their back-and-forth continued after the fittings. After finishing the dress fitting and returning to their new home, the two ate pizza and watched EXchange 4. The couple, who had been together for 10 years, became deeply absorbed in a couple on EXchange 4 who were in a similarly long-term relationship.
Kim Ga-eun said, "I think they're trying to say something, maybe trying to discipline them," and Yoon Seon-woo said, "The man's expression is so bad. Ah, I'm getting pulled in again, that's the feeling. I know that expression well," he said. Kim Ga-eun called softly, "Honey..," and Yoon Seon-woo looked on blankly.
Kim Ga-eun explained the story of the broken-up couple, saying, "Why it's so infuriating is they said they broke up because they met and were too tired and slept, and they drank with friends and went to bed late. That's infuriating. I would be mad too," and Yoon Seon-woo surprised Kim Ga-eun by asking, "But if you're that tired, wouldn't that happen?"
When Kim Ga-eun responded, "Huh?", Yoon Seon-woo asked, "Is it that the cafe makes it hard to understand? If you're that tired, can't you sleep for about 30 minutes?" Kim Ga-eun replied, "No, it's not that. It's the attitude I don't like. The cafe isn't important. Are you missing the point right now?"
Hearing this, Yoon Seon-woo rolled his eyes and watched Kim Ga-eun's reaction, and Kim Ga-eun added, "If you do that in front of me, could I just say, 'Ah, that can happen,' and let it go?" Later, when the preview appeared, Yoon Seon-woo showed disappointment, asking, "Is it over?"
Meanwhile, Kim Ga-eun and Yoon Seon-woo first met in the 2015 KBS2 drama Progressive artists union 'Dandelion' and stayed friends before becoming lovers, continuing their relationship for more than 10 years. The two will hold their wedding on Oct. 26 at a location in Seoul.
