Kang Daniel will release a fall-sentiment-filled single in Japan.
Kang Daniel will release the Japanese single "水彩(수채화)" today (22nd) at 6 p.m. He draws even more attention with a duet with Japanese singer-songwriter Tomioka Ai, who has recently shown a strong presence in Asia.
"Suisa" depicts moments when emotions that once soaked in spread like paint and are engraved in the heart. Kang Daniel's low, murmured vocals and acoustic guitar build the emotional line like watercolor paint. They form a clear harmony with the appealing tone of Tomioka Ai.
Kang Daniel participated in both writing and composing, showing his matured musical sensibility. The lyrics were completed together with Tomioka Ai, and the composition was a joint work with BIBLEIN and Park Jae-hee. The band sound that emphasizes the texture of the instruments blends in a flow as if the instruments are having a conversation. The subtle resonance and rhythm of the guitar and the texture of the vocals continue like a single watercolor painting.
"Suisa" was first revealed at a recent Tokyo fan meeting and drew attention. Kang Daniel's explanation of the song, saying it contains a message to the fans who have consistently supported him, delivered even deeper emotion. "Suisa" will be available at 6 p.m. on the 22nd not only in Japan but also on major domestic music sites.
