Seo Ha-yan has been meeting the public with a pop-up store for her clothing brand at a department store in Samseong-dong, Gangnam District, Seoul, from the 17th through the 23rd.
Seo Ha-yan announced, "To celebrate the launch of the 25FW "Calm Elegance, Everyday" collection, I will meet customers in person offline for the first time," and since the 17th she has been greeting customers daily at the Gangnam department store to promote her brand.

Following Im Chang-jung's support, singer Song Ga-in visited. Seo Ha-yan said, "Thank you, Song Ga-in, for stopping by. Right before going to an event you came to the pop-up store and even thoughtfully bought clothes for the staff — such a warm older sister," she said. Seo Ha-yan married Im Chang-jung in 2017. The couple, who overcame an 18-year age gap, had two sons, and together with the three sons Im Chang-jung had with his ex-wife, they are raising a total of five sons. However, in 2023 Im Chang-jung was embroiled in a stock manipulation controversy, and Seo Ha-yan had to halt activities as well. After being cleared of charges, Im Chang-jung and Seo Ha-yan resumed activities, with him focusing on concerts and her concentrating on the clothing business.
