Golden Child member Hong Joo-chan is returning with his first single.
Woollim Entertainment announced the album release by revealing a coming soon poster for Hong Joo-chan's first single "RIIZE & Shine (Rise & Shine)" on its official SNS at 6 p.m. on the 20th.
The released poster showed a room with various equipment such as an LP player, keyboard, headphones and a microphone, immediately catching the eye.
The space, decorated in calm brown tones with a sofa, table and rug, evoked an autumn atmosphere. The song title "RIIZE & Shine", the release date and time "Oct. 26, 2025", and "6 p.m." were also inscribed, further raising expectations.
This is Hong Joo-chan's first new album in about one year and eight months since the remake digital single "What Is It" released last year, and a strong reaction has poured in from global fans who have been waiting for his new music.
Earlier, Hong Joo-chan pre-released the new song of the same name, "RIIZE & Shine", at his solo fan meeting "Joobit Night: Hidden Track (Hidden Track)" held in Seoul last month. At the time, he used a stand microphone to deliver a fantastic stage that highlighted his powerful voice, captivating fans.
Having established himself as an "all-rounder" artist active beyond global idol activities in fields such as musical theater, variety shows and radio, expectations are rising about what emotions he will convey through the welcome new song "RIIZE & Shine."
