Actor Ji So-yeon shared her feelings after giving birth to twin siblings.
On the 21st, Ji So-yeon said on her social media account, "Five years ago, the hospital told us we had a 1% chance of having a child. Yet we have come to meet three children: Ha-el, Do-ha and Re-ha."
Ji So-yeon said, "At the end of a dark, long tunnel, we, who were clumsy at everything, met our first love Ha-el and became parents, and at the end of the hope we never let go we met number two Do-ha and number three Re-ha," adding, "Even now, for the many people passing through a dark, long tunnel, we want to share the prayers, support and blessings we received."
Along with this, Ji So-yeon released a video showing ultrasound images of the twin siblings and them sleeping soundly. Ji So-yeon delivered the twins last month by cesarean section.
The process was shown on SBS' Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 — You Are My Destiny. Facing surgery, Ji So-yeon experienced pain and even uterine contractions and urgently underwent the operation. Because it was a multiple birth, worries ran high, but after 30 minutes passed and the babies' cries were heard, Song Jae-hee was able to feel relieved.
Song Jae-hee and Ji So-yeon married in 2017 and welcomed their first daughter Ha-el in 2023. Later, they succeeded in conceiving twins through in vitro fertilization and became parents of three children last month.
