The MBC every1 program The Great Guide 2.5: The Big, Big Guide, which premieres Oct. 28, is one of the popular travel-reality The Great Guide series and presents a cheerful travelogue that viewers can easily follow before the long journey to The Great Guide 3. Kim Dae-ho and Choi Daniel serve as guides and unfold a different kind of journey with the travel mates.
The first destination of The Great Guide 2.5 is Mount Paektu, where you can feel the spirit of our nation, and filming was completed in September. Expectations are rising ahead of the first broadcast about how the chemistry-filled journey with season 2 members Jeon So-min and Hyojung (Oh My Girl) alongside Kim Dae-ho and Choi Daniel will be presented.
The second destination of The Great Guide 2.5, following Mount Paektu, is Laos, known as a hidden gem of Southeast Asia. The production team released photos of Kim Dae-ho, Choi Daniel, Jeon So-min and new travel mate Park Ji-min departing from Incheon International Airport, drawing attention.
The four people gathered at the airport in the released photos show a warm, friendly atmosphere. In particular, the departure date, Oct. 8, is Kim Dae-ho's birthday, and the members made a mini cake at the airport to celebrate his birthday. The fact that Kim Dae-ho celebrated his birthday while filming The Great Guide, his first regular program after declaring his resignation, adds special meaning.
The genuine best-friend chemistry of Choi Daniel and Jeon So-min at the airport also catches the eye. Choi Daniel is affectionately taking care of his high-maintenance friend Jeon So-min, raising expectations for their chemistry even before the trip officially begins.
