"House On Wheels across the sea: Hokkaido" Jang Na-ra candidly revealed an unexpected complex to junior Shin Eun-soo.
The Oct. 19 episode of tvN "House On Wheels across the sea: Hokkaido" featured the "three siblings" Seong Dong-il, Kim Hee-won and Jang Na-ra beginning their full-fledged journey with their first housewarming guests Um Tae-gu and Shin Eun-soo.
As Seong Dong-il began grilling beef steak deliciously on the iron plate, the scent of the cooking meat captured everyone's attention. Actress Shin Eun-soo smelled it and repeatedly exclaimed, "It smells so good."
The finishing touch to the cooking was added. Following Seong Dong-il's order, Um Tae-gu picked fresh rosemary on the spot and placed it on the hot iron plate, and as the rosemary scent blended in the steak's flavor improved even more. Jang Na-ra also smelled it and smiled with satisfaction, saying, "The scent got better."
During the subsequent meal, seeing Jang Na-ra holding her plate and waiting to eat, Seong Dong-il showed affection, saying, "Isn't our Nara standing so prettily?"
When Jang Na-ra finally tasted the steak, she opened her eyes wide and praised Seong Dong-il's cooking skills, saying, "You don't need any vegetables," and that the seasoning was just right.
After the meal, Jang Na-ra prepared for bed with Shin Eun-soo and enjoyed a relaxed chat. Jang Na-ra told Shin Eun-soo that she enjoyed watching Shin Eun-soo's drama "Sparkling Watermelon," showing a friendly side.
Jang Na-ra then made an honest "self-dis" about her appearance, drawing laughter. She said, "I tend to have a big head and narrow shoulders," and confessed that she was a "Jjanggu" with sides that stick out, displaying a down-to-earth charm.
