Choi Woo-sik candidly revealed his honest feelings about playing a high school student in his mid-30s.
On the afternoon of the 19th, a video titled "From this video onward, I, Choi Woo-sik, am a sexystar" was uploaded to the "Yojung Jaehyung" channel.
Jeong Jae-hyung marveled, "Among the things you have, what people like is your boyish charm. Having that at that age is a blessing. Is that an age when you naturally don't have fine lines?" Choi Woo-sik laughed and said, "I really think I'm very lucky. I think the makeup turned out well today."
Jeong Jae-hyung said, "It's not simply that you look young; I love the boyish look so much. That's why you still wear school uniforms (in works)." Choi Woo-sik confessed, "So the more I wear a school uniform, the more I think, 'This might be the last year.' When I film school scenes with many actors, if you exclude the male and female leads, actual high school students are sitting there."
Hearing this, Jeong Jae-hyung said, "You must get a reality check," and Choi Woo-sik revealed, "To act like a high school student, I also make my speech sound a bit younger. I use a whining tone a lot. But actual friends don't talk like that, so when I think in front of those friends, 'Would this be a high schooler's way of speaking?' I get a bit of a reality check," which drew laughter.
Choi Woo-sik asked, "How long will that boyish charm last?" and added, "Actually, in the past I wanted to stop doing high school roles. I wanted a more manly, slightly blood-scented character, for example, someone who uses a knife more and fires a gun sometimes. But after trying a murderer role, I found high school roles are the best. I just have to sit in the classroom," he added, prompting laughter.
