The band PeppertoneS (PEPPERTONES) painted a fall evening with a lyrical tone.
PeppertoneS (Shin Jae-pyeong, Lee Jang-won) performed at the fall music festival Grand Mint Festival 2025 (GMF 2025) held around Olympic Park in Songpa-gu, Seoul, on Oct. 18.
That day PeppertoneS gave the audience an unforgettable musical experience with a setlist that filled about 60 minutes of running time. PeppertoneS, through numerous performances, naturally drew audience response with their polished and flexible stage manner while spreading positive energy.
PeppertoneS delivered a well-made sound with tightly woven storytelling. In particular, starting with the surprise appearance of "The Fugitive" wearing a mask, PeppertoneS charged ahead energetically from the early part of the show with "New Standard," "Asian Games," "Eye of the Typhoon," and "Squeeze Burnt," instantly raising the energy at the venue.
Songs that embody PeppertoneS's distinctive sensibility, such as "The Winter Businessman," "Shine," and "A Day in the 21st Century," followed, fully capturing the mood of a fall evening. Through "Pinkingego" came the mechanism-formed "'I became pie (π) these days'" and on the "Broken Time Machine" stage, Jo Hye-ryeon appeared as a special guest, adding a different visual element.
Finally, PeppertoneS capped the concert's climax with "New Hippie Generation," "Riders," and "Wish You Luck." With a lively yet refreshing band sound, PeppertoneS conveyed a warm message of hope to the audience.
Meanwhile, PeppertoneS will hold the year-end concert 2025 PEPPERTONES CONCERT "Gong Myoung" at Yonsei University Sinchon Campus Grand Auditorium in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, from Dec. 12-14. PeppertoneS is expected to resonate at the same vibration as fans and create moments of "Gong Myoung" together. Tickets for the concert will be available for reservation starting at 6 p.m. on Oct. 22 through Ticketlink and NOL Ticket.
