Actor Kang Han-na's post-finale activities after Bon Appetit, Your Majesty were spotted.
Kang Han-na participated as the narrator in the Oct. 18 broadcast of KBS1's documentary Insight episode "Cave, The Visitor."
"Cave, The Visitor" is a documentary that explores Earth's climate change through caves that have been with humanity, and Kang Han-na led viewers' immersion with calm yet deep narration. Through drama and radio, Kang Han-na, who has shown steady delivery and a warm tone, conveyed the documentary's message solemnly in this narration as well with restrained emotion and refined breathing.
The program covered major cave explorations at home and abroad, including the underwater caves of the Yucatán Peninsula in Mexico, Jeju Yongcheon Cave, and Danyang Geumgul, as well as the collaboration between Korean and University of Minnesota researchers in the United States. It recorded the value of formations and environments changed by climate change and highlighted traces of the time humanity and nature have spent together.
Kang Han-na's voice naturally guided the flow of the documentary, delivering the message clearly with restrained emotion, delicate breathing and a rhythm that continued through each sentence. Her narration left a deep aftertaste in each cave scene that held Earth's time, further raising immersion.
After the narration was released, praise continued for the calm yet emotive delivery and steady voice. This participation delivered emotion in a new way beyond screen and radio and was an opportunity to confirm another side of actor Kang Han-na.
Kang Han-na played Kang Mok-ju, a favored concubine of the king, in the recently concluded tvN drama Bon Appetit, Your Majesty, maximizing the character's charm with clear diction and steady acting. She built a wide acting spectrum across various works in dramas and films, hosted KBS radio Kang Han-na's Turn Up the Volume (Kang Han-na's Volume Up) and appeared as a "Somemakers" on Netflix's I'm a Born Single but I Want to Date, showing an empathetic speaking style.
Having shown another possibility through narration, Kang Han-na is expected to continue activities that cross genres.
