As a painter active for 13 years, Solbi opens up about what made her start painting. She began art to overcome depression, and it became an inseparable part of her life. Prominent entertainers such as Jun Hyun-moo and S.E.S. member Eugene rushed to buy her works, and the piece that sold for the highest price fetched as much as 2,300,000 won. According to reports, the host said he regretted, "I should have done paintings instead of cartoons," a remark tinged with regret.
Solbi is now a true artist who has established her position through numerous projects and solo exhibitions. But her life as a painter was not all smooth.
