'Mr. Housekeeping 2' Mr. Housekeeping family members revealed various stories as new MC Lee Yo-won appeared.
In the episode of KBS2TV entertainment show 'Mr. Housekeeping 2' aired on Oct. 18, the first overseas trip of Park Seojin's family and a outing by Lee Min-woo's family were depicted. Park Seojin, who went out to lunch with his mother and Park Hyo-jung because his father was ill, said, "I rummaged for clothes for Mom and Hyo-jung. The 4XL size came out from the corner," and led his mother and sister to a cheongsam lending shop.
Park Seojin said, "When I saw that, what I thought was, aren't cheongsams originally pretty? But seeing the two of them wearing them, they looked like matryoshka dolls," offering a rather cold assessment. However, Park Hyo-jung laughed cheerfully, "In Hong Kong I most wanted to eat dim sum."
Baek Ji-young praised instead, "This is my first proper restaurant shot in Hong Kong. Didn't we eat on the ferry, have airline meals and order room service at the hotel?" Park Seojin said proudly, "So I took them to the dim sum place I like."
Park Hyo-jung, as if she had been waiting, ordered every menu item. Park Seojin snapped, "Do your belly rolls have a will of their own? Don't wobble. Is it a waterbed?" but Park Hyo-jung joked, "What are you going to do about my double chin?" Park Seojin attacked, "Suck it in. Are you Jiang Chen's younger sister?" and Park Hyo-jung dismissed it lightly, "I can eat four pieces of dim sum each." Eventually the side and back seam of the cheongsam split, but Park Hyo-jung cheerfully smiled and ate dim sum.
Lee Min-woo's family went on a trip to the Punggi ginseng festival. Lee Min-woo, who was scammed out of 2.6 billion won by a friend of 20 years, had shown scenes of using public transportation after selling not only his house but also his car.
However, with his baby due this Dec. and his stepdaughter Mijang also in the family, Lee Min-woo contracted a car for the large household. He drove a car whose plastic seat covers had not even been removed and set off on the trip with his mother and father aboard.
They arrived at a restaurant with delicious grilled dishes. Lee Ami asked about the in-laws' married life. The couple had to go through a period when they suddenly became poor because of premarital pregnancy, the father's fraud and guarantor problems and other incidents. Lee Min-woo said, "My mother ran a hair salon, my father ran a stone factory, but there were bad things because of guarantees and fraud. When I was young, shoe soles came into the house and begging to be saved was something I hated," adding, "So I wanted to take responsibility quickly." Ultimately, at Lee Ami's suggestion, the in-laws reconciled with a reminder wedding.
Meanwhile Baek Ji-young stepped down after this broadcast. She embraced the bouquet given by Park Seojin and, shedding tears, said, "Please show a lot of interest in the person who will sit in this seat from now on. I will now greet you as a singer."
New MC Lee Yo-won said, "My eldest really likes Eun Ji-won," "I like Wooz and Lim Young-woong," "I've been married 23 years, so I don't celebrate anniversaries," displaying a bold wit that made viewers look forward to her future hosting.
