Comedian Lee Yong-sik went on a trip alone with his son-in-law Won-hyeok, showing an unusual chemistry.
On the 16th, the YouTube channel "Apo TV" posted a video titled "The two who date while traveling across the country (with chef Ahn Yoo-seong)."
In the video, Lee Yong-sik announced their departure, saying, "I have an event in Gwangju today, and I'm not going alone but going with my one and only son-in-law Won-hyeok."
On the way to Gwangju together, the two shared memories from their military days and laughed while looking at a photo of their granddaughter Lee-el. After arriving in Gwangju, they visited chef Ahn Yoo-seong's restaurant. Chef Ahn expressed his delight, saying, "The person I respect most, teacher Lee Yong-sik, has finally come to visit."
Lee Yong-sik repeatedly expressed admiration for the prepared seafood dishes. He showcased his trademark wit, saying, "The sashimi works out and hits my teeth," and "When I chew it, my brain feels good." Tasting dokdo shrimp and sea urchin roe, he joked, "Sumin, I'm sorry. I'm eating alone without my wife and daughter." Watching beside him, Won-hyeok also could not hide his surprise, saying, "This is a taste I'm trying for the first time in my life."
Especially during the meal, Lee Yong-sik joked, seeming wary of a mukbang rival, asking, "Did Park Myung-soo come here?" which drew laughter.
Meanwhile, Lee Yong-sik's daughter Lee Su-min married Won-hyeok in April last year and welcomed daughter Lee-el in May. Previously, TV Chosun's "The Lover of Joseon" drew attention by showing the process of Lee, who initially opposed the marriage, gradually warming to his son-in-law Won-hyeok.
