On Sunday the 19th, SBS's Running Man will air an onslaught of questions that mercilessly scrape at egos.
The recently recorded episode was arranged as the "Find it and it's yours, Gold Hunters" race, where finding gold hidden in various places would earn gold and avoid penalties. They therefore staked a high-performance metal detector and held a heated debate, because the rule was that the opposing team had to accept a question attack by a majority for points to be awarded.
The members, like fish in water, poured out rumors and near-rumors, heating up the atmosphere on site. In the midst of this, even Kim Jong-kook led a calamitous ignorance contest, confessing that his IQ was below 100, around 70. His shocking admission, from someone usually regarded as a brainy member and capable person, turned the set into an uproar of laughter.
Kim Jong-kook held a private wedding in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam District, Seoul on Sept. 5 with his non-celebrity wife.
Meanwhile, Love Frog Jeon So-min's 180-degree change in ideal type also drew attention. During a mission Jeon So-min made a bombshell confession, saying, "To me, Yoo Jae-seok is on par with Cha Eun-woo and Gong Myoung," and Yoo Jae-seok, seemingly unembarrassed, confidently replied, "I am a natural (beauty) man who never had plastic surgery," prompting uproarious laughter.
The "Find it and it's yours, Gold Hunters" race, which leaves buried gold untouched and only scratches others' egos, can be seen on Running Man, which airs Sunday at 6:10 p.m. on the 19th.
