"Real estate big shot" Sunwoo Yong-yeo explained why he went on a site visit.
On the 17th episode of SBS's 내겐 너무 까칠한 매니저 비서진, Sunwoo Yong-yeo, who had never had a manager since his debut, welcomed Lee Seo-jin and Kim Kwang-kyu as the first managers of his acting career.
That day Sunwoo Yong-yeo requested to accompany a real estate site visit that had been his "bucket list for life." Known as a "real estate big shot" and "land tycoon" who reportedly owned four homes in Cheongdam-dong, Sunwoo Yong-yeo's first destination was Ganghwa.
During the meal, Sunwoo Yong-yeo explained the background of the "site visit," saying, "This wasn't a sudden thing. I have been planning it since last year."
He said, "These days when women give birth, mothers go to postpartum care centers. So I'm going to look at postpartum care centers. There needs to be a stove. I want to make something like that. Leave the stove in the thatched house as it is," explaining that he went on the site visit to open a postpartum care center.
Sunwoo Yong-yeo said, "There should also be staff. But I won't be there; usually it'll be left empty, and when called they'll go and do it themselves. They'll go self-service. It's not that I'm trying to make a quick fortune from it," and mentioned his dream of a "postpartum care center," saying, "It would be nice to give birth together, light the fire, boil seaweed soup and eat it."
Meanwhile, through a previous YouTube channel Sunwoo Yong-yeo revealed a Han River view home located in Dongbu Ichon-dong, and pointing to a building in the heart of Itaewon he said, "That's our house. It's been 65 years. Now it's rented out," drawing surprise.
