Group Girls' Day alum and actress Hyeri shared her routine of receiving treatments on her day off.

That day, Hyeri's day-off routine was revealed. Visiting the care shop after a long time, Hyeri said, "I really work hard on home care too, but I also come here occasionally to get treatments. This shop is the one where I used to get cryotherapy back in the day," and said she had gone there for about seven years.
After changing clothes and starting with a décolleté massage, Hyeri said, "When I first came here, I had such bad trouble that I came once every three days."
She added, "What's so surprising is that I almost have a schedule every day. Lately I actually can't come to the shop often. These days the director said, 'It seems like you're doing home care really well,'" emphasizing the importance of home care.
While receiving treatment, Hyeri also said, "These days, many people around me are getting married. Many of them aren't celebrities, but when preparing for marriage they often get lymphatic drainage or massages. So now my friends get massages, work hard on dress fittings, and get hair and makeup done, but they're really exhausted."
