Actor Jeon Jong-seo and director Lee Choong-hyun showed unchanged affection befitting an official film festival couple.
Jeon Jong-seo and director Lee Choong-hyun attended the opening ceremony of the 21st Mise-en-scène Short Film Festival held at CGV Yongsan I'Park Mall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, on the 16th.
That day Jeon Jong-seo was appointed an honorary juror for the "Pumhaeng Zero" section, and director Lee Choong-hyun was appointed a main juror for the "No mercy" section, each lighting up the festival from their respective positions.
Standing side by side on the photo wall, the two displayed individuality in their styling. Jeon Jong-seo completed an autumn look by wearing a gray long trench coat over a black mini dress. She styled her long hair down naturally with toned-down makeup and matched white platform boots to create a chic yet bold silhouette. Director Lee Choong-hyun paired a simple sweatshirt with black pants to evoke a neat yet comfortable mood.
Above all, the couple rings spotted on their hands drew attention. Jeon Jong-seo appeared wearing a ring on the fourth finger of her right hand, and director Lee Choong-hyun also stood at the photo wall wearing a ring on the same finger. There were no particular remarks, but the naturally revealed matching items once again showed the two's unwavering affection.
Jeon Jong-seo and director Lee Choong-hyun first met through the 2019 film Call and began publicly dating in December 2021. They later worked together again on the Netflix film "Ballerina," directed by Lee Choong-hyun, cementing their status as an "official couple" of the film industry. Their appearance at this festival, keeping separate yet together, proved the same trust and chemistry.
