Content Lab VIVO said on its official Instagram on the 17th, "We apologize for causing concern to audience members with the sudden notice on the 16th," explaining that the Olympic Hall where the performance is being held currently has its air handling system and air circulation system operating normally.
It added, "The 'heating and cooling replacement construction' at Olympic Hall mentioned in our notice is not construction but a 'heating and cooling transition,' and based on the 'Regulations on Promotion of Rational Energy Use in Public Institutions' the venue is maintaining an appropriate indoor temperature," confirming there is no obstacle to holding the performances.
Content Lab VIVO bowed again, saying, "We apologize for causing misunderstanding due to insufficient explanation and imprudent word choice," and "Those who wish to refund their tickets can do so without fees."
'VIVO Show with Friends' is a performance commemorating the 10th anniversary of the podcast 'Secret Guarantee' hosted by Song In-i and Kim Sook, and runs from the 17th to the 19th at Olympic Hall in Olympic Park, Songpa District, Seoul.
