Actor Choi Gyu-ri continues a busy streak with the drama "I'll Give You the Universe."
In the Netflix film Love Untangled, where she played Ma Sol-ji and left a strong impression, actress Choi Gyu-ri plays Baek Se-yeon, a public relations staffer at conglomerate BS Food, in tvN's new drama "I'll Give You the Universe" (directed by Lee Hyun-seok and Jeong Yeo-jin, written by Sujin Shin Yi-hyun).
Baek Se-yeon is a character with attractive visuals, a frank and confident personality, and innate wealth, and she has been close friends with Woo Hyun-jin (played by No Jung-eui) since high school. Choi Gyu-ri said she fully melts into Se-yeon, who is always confident and unafraid of challenge and failure, and predicted she will deliver a vivid performance.
The tvN drama "I'll Give You the Universe," which is expected to showcase another acting transformation from Choi Gyu-ri, is a chaotic cohabitation romance that tells the story of a brother- and sister-in-law couple who, after starting as in-laws, end up raising a 20-month-old nephew in place of their suddenly deceased older brother and sister following an unexpected accident; it is scheduled to air in 2026.
