Actors Tom Cruise and Ana de Armas have ultimately split.
On the 15th (local time), British outlet The Sun reported, "Hollywood top star Tom Cruise (63) and actress Ana de Armas (37) have ended their relationship after nine months of dating."
According to the report, the two said, "There is still affection for each other, but the spark as lovers has gone," and have ended the relationship.
A close associate told The Sun, "Tom and Ana enjoyed their time together but decided they could no longer continue as lovers," adding, "They chose to remain good friends."
They added, "They still enjoy each other's company but felt it would be difficult to share a long-term future. They ended the relationship maturely."
The two plan to work together in the future because Ana de Armas is cast in Cruise's upcoming film Deeper.
Shortly after breakup rumors surfaced, Ana de Armas was spotted leaving a gym with Tom Cruise's Top Gun: Maverick co-star Miles Teller, drawing attention. Teller is currently married to his wife Kelly, and the two explained they are "just workout partners."
