"K-pop's leading coed group" KARD member B.M (BM) presents a solo album that shines with multilayered charm.
B.M posted a track sampler for his second EP PO:INT (Point) at 12 a.m. today (16th) on KARD's official YouTube channel.
The released track sampler was produced in a format where portions of each song's highlight audio play over evocative images that glimpse the mood of PO:INT. It offers an immersive experience that inevitably draws listeners into the differing atmospheres of each track, showcasing B.M's tasteful producing abilities.
According to this, PO:INT includes six tracks across different genres: the title track Freak (feat. B.I), based on the amapiano genre with dreamy pluck sounds and flute samples; Ooh, a vintage R&B-sentiment track that pays homage to 50 Cent's P.I.M.P.; View, a synth R&B track where 808 bass and trap beats complete a refined groove; Move, featuring an addictive rhythm based on afro house; and Stay Mad, a hip-hop song where sharp rap explodes over energetic EDM.
PO:INT is B.M's new album released about 1 year and 5 months after his first EP Element (Element), which came out in May last year. As the overall producer of the entire album, B.M is expected to demonstrate his musical capabilities by delivering a broad spectrum with bold yet sophisticated sounds.
Meanwhile, B.M's second EP PO:INT will be released at 6 p.m. on the 20th through various music sites.
