'Yujin vs. Taeyoung' Actress Yujin recounted an awkward anecdote from the set.
On the 15th, a video titled 'If you're from Incheon you all know "Namdong Industrial Complex tteokbokki" — came to eat it, how does it really taste?' was released on the YouTube channel of actress Yujin and Ki Tae-young. The couple visited the famous tteokbokki shop in Incheon's Namdong Industrial Complex starting at 10 a.m., experienced its fame and were astonished.
Yujin said, "Wow, it looks like everything is for takeout. It looks like corporations. We misjudged by appearance. This doesn't seem like an ordinary neighborhood tteokbokki place," and added, "It seems they even sell non-cooked sets," expressing admiration.
Then Yujin, showing a delicate side, said, "I wonder how much of rabokki is ramen versus tteokbokki," and then ordered without hesitation as if finishing an opening line that had said the meal plan was over: "Let's just order a bunch. Rabokki, tteokbokki, sundae, order them all. Let's all eat together," and, "I'll eat two eggs. Let's order at least four."
When the hot tteokbokki appeared, Ki Tae-young praised it, saying, "It's delicious. If I say it's delicious, I apologize. I won't force you," and added, "This place isn't famous for nothing. It seems like wheat rice cakes. The wheat texture and the seasoning go well together. Wheat rice cakes should have a slightly sweet taste."
As the couple was enjoying their tteokbokki, a balance game began. The producer presented the prompt, "A partner who cheats and keeps it a lifelong secret vs. a partner who cheats and asks for forgiveness." Yujin said, "It's easy for me. I prefer the partner who cheats and asks for forgiveness. Even if you might never know, it's better to ask for forgiveness. No. Forgiveness depends on the situation. If I truly love someone I might forgive once, but recovery will take time," and added, "If it's not at that level, I'd dump them."
After much thought, Ki Tae-young said, "If I were cheated on, ignorance is better," and explained, "That's my stance. If you're going to cheat, then just break up completely. You can't come back. If you're going to cheat, then leave. Could you live knowing that? I absolutely couldn't. That's not good for the family or the children." He continued, "If I were willing to accept it, secrecy would be better. That's for the family's peace. Forgiveness? People say that outwardly, but it's a wound that can never heal in the heart," showing strong aversion.
Meanwhile, when asked the question 'An actor who smells like a sewer from their mouth vs. an actor who keeps forgetting lines' the couple immediately looked like they had a lot to say. Ki Tae-young said, "We've all experienced it! We've experienced it, but..."
Yujin said clearly, "I'd rather have someone who forgets lines." The producer said, "I thought a sewer smell might be better because it would make the acting end sooner," expressing puzzlement. Then Yujin said, "When it's my line, they should film my face when they deliver that line."
