Kim Jae-won announces why he left KBS with exactly one year left until mandatory retirement.
On the 16th, a preview released on tvN's You Quiz on the Block official YouTube channel featured Kim Jae-won, who recently left KBS, talking with Yoo Jae-seok and Cho Sae-ho.
That day on You Quiz, Kim Jae-won, who hosted Morning Yard for 12 years and led more than 10,000 grants, appeared.
Kim Jae-won introduced himself as "I am Kim Jae-won, a man who comforts your yesterday and cheers your tomorrow," and Yoo Jae-seok laughed, saying, "For a moment you thought this was KBS, right? This is tvN."
After leaving the company, Kim Jae-won joked about appearance conditions, saying, "In the past I valued affection. Now it's 'Do they pay? Don't they pay?'" and burst into an impromptu parody song to laughs. He added, "I'm eager for knowledge channels. I'm also eager for travel programs."
Kim Jae-won revealed why he left KBS, where he worked for more than 30 years, with just one year left until mandatory retirement: "I had worked at that job for 30 years and six months. I no longer had my identity, and suddenly I felt empty," leaving viewers curious about his full story.
