Actor Lim Ji-yeon revealed her weight during filming of the Netflix drama "The Glory."
On the 15th, the YouTube channel Naraesik uploaded a video titled Lim Ji-yeon "Isn't it illegal to be this pretty?" | Seasonal snacks, double role, eye acting, "Nice to Not Meet You".
These days Lim Ji-yeon, who says she is into "health," said, "I eat lemon in olive oil every morning. That is definitely good for the gut."
She also said she is interested in sleep, noting, "And when it's actually time to sleep I can't, so I'm very interested in ways to fall asleep," and recommended, "There is sleep hypnosis. In other words, there are videos that are hypnosis to make you fall asleep. You lie down, play just this lightly, and follow the instructions. I succeeded a few times. I opened my eyes and it was morning."
Lim Ji-yeon said, "If you don't have much time to sleep but you're given sleeping time and still can't sleep, it's truly desperate," adding, "I have a lot of shooting from morning to night. I eat meals in between, at lunch and dinner times. I really didn't eat before. But now I feel I physically can't do it, so I eat."
Then Park Na-rae asked, "Then was Yeon-jin thinner back then, or was she thinner during 'The Tale of Lady Ok'?"
Lim Ji-yeon said, "Yeon-jin was much thinner then," revealing, "But what's so strange is that while filming Yeon-jin I never thought, 'I have to lose weight.' I was just so sensitive that I was in the early 40 kg range. My weight now is a bit more than it was then."
