Actor Kim Young-ok confessed that she once lent her entire fortune to a close friend in the past and never got it back.
On the 14th, a video titled "Traits of people you should absolutely never get close to that I realized while living 87 years - Actor Kim Young-ok, part 2" was posted on the YouTube channel "Jisikin Inside" in the "Seo Kyung-seok's life class" segment.
In this video, Kim Young-ok shared the "philosophy of human relationships" she has developed over her life.
Seeking advice on relationships, Seo Kyung-seok asked, "Is there someone you should absolutely never get close to? In the entertainment industry, people especially get scammed a lot."
In response, Kim Young-ok said, "When I was young, I was scammed by a classmate," adding, "I practically gave my entire fortune." She noted, "It was a very big lesson," and said, "I tell my children, 'With money, only give what you can afford to give.'" Kim also said, "I say, 'I don't do money transactions.'"
By contrast, when asked about a "good person," Kim said, "Someone who is unchanging," adding, "When I see someone using shallow tricks, I lose all affection."
