SBS's new Fri.-Sat. drama 'The Good Taxi 3' has unveiled a solo teaser poster of Lee Je-hoon.
The new SBS Fri.-Sat. drama 'The Good Taxi 3' (written by Oh Sang-ho, directed by Kang Bo-seung), which will premiere on Nov. 21, is a series based on the webtoon of the same name, about the veiled taxi company Rainbow Transport and taxi driver Kim Do-gi carrying out private vengeance on behalf of wronged victims.
The 'The Good Taxi' series not only ranked fifth overall (21%) in viewership among domestic terrestrial and cable dramas aired since 2023, but it also earned the top prize for best drama series at the 28th Asian Television Awards (ATA), Asia's most prestigious media awards last year, cementing its status as a confirmed mega-hit IP. As in previous seasons, the 'Rainbow five' complete lineup — Lee Je-hoon (as Kim Do-gi), Kim Eui-sung (as Chairman Jang), Pyo Ye-jin (as Go Eun), Jang Hyuk-jin (as Chief Choi) and Bae Yoo-ram (as Assistant Park) — have all confirmed their appearances, raising expectations for the representative K-cafer drama returning after two years.
Meanwhile, 'The Good Taxi 3' released a solo teaser poster announcing the return of the long-awaited taxi hero 'Driver Kim Do-gi,' drawing attention. In the released poster, Kim Do-gi stands before dazzling car headlights, his silhouette alone projecting a powerful presence. As if ready to sweep away the villains at any moment, the resolute aura on Kim Do-gi's back proclaims the comeback of an avenger of righteous discipline and raises viewers' heart rates.
The released poster also contains an intensity beneath its calm. Among the many cars' headlight beams, the hidden good taxi creates tension like a predator watching its prey in silence. The 'number 3' encircling Kim Do-gi takes the form of a tire's skid mark, heightening expectations for the car-chasing action that is the series' trademark. With the return of the unsurprising, soda-fresh hero God Do-gi, anticipation for the first broadcast of 'The Good Taxi 3,' which promises even more thrilling catharsis, is skyrocketing.
Meanwhile, the new SBS Fri.-Sat. drama 'The Good Taxi 3,' which is generating buzz before airing as a representative hit series of the 'K-cafer' genre, is scheduled to premiere on Nov. 21 (Fri.). In addition, 'The Good Taxi 3' will be available across Asia, the Middle East and Africa on Viu, Asia's largest regional OTT platform.
